Rates include initial consultation, personalized menu planning, shopping, cooking, containers, packaging of meals, heating directions and clean up.

Full Service Packages:

3 entrees (2 servings each) with side dishes: $180.00 + groceries
6 meals for a single, 3 meals for a couple

3 entrees (4 servings each) with side dishes: $225.00 + groceries
12 meals for a single, 6 meals for a couple, 3 meals for a family of four

4 entrees (4 servings each) with side dishes: $265.00 + groceries
16 meals for a single, 8 meals for a couple, 4 meals for a family of four

5 entrees, (4 servings each) with side dishes: $300.00 + groceries
20 meals for a single, 10 meals for a couple, 5 meals for a family of four

6 entrees, (4 servings each) no side dishes: $300.00 + groceries
24 meals for a single, 12 meals for a couple, 6 meals for a family of four

Fresh Serve Package:

$325.00 plus groceries
5 entrees (2-4* servings of each) with appropriate side dishes.
Three entrees with side dishes prepared one day, and two entrees with side dishes prepared later in the week. (4 servings each) This can be done M/W or T/Th. This allows you to simply heat fresh meals without freezing or thawing and add fresh salads.

*2 additional servings may be added to entrees at $10.00 each entrée.
